Conference Theme Initiative:
Walking Miles in the Mile High City

Time: Sunday June 3rd, 11 am
Location: Thomson Scientific/Dialog Booth - Expo Hall, #400
Join the Social Science Division and Dialog Inc. as we “Climb to New Heights” and target health, energy and exercise while at the 2007 conference. The event will kick-off at the opening of the INFO-EXPO Hall on Sunday at 11am when Social Science Division members and Thomson Scientific/Dialog folks will distribute free pedometers to all interested SLA members.  Rack up the miles for the next three days (both in the exhibit hall and anywhere else you go).  Stop by the Thomson Scientific/Dialog booth to report your results to qualify for prizes. Prizes will be awarded for the most steps taken by 4PM on Tuesday. The grand prize (an iPod nano) will be awarded at 4:15 on Tuesday to the person who has taken the most steps across the three days.  First, second, and third prizes are $100, $50, and $25 American Express gift cards.
